Drawing on our knowledge of the NDIS since it rolled out in 2013, we are delighted to share our passion and experience through specialised supports and consultancy as a Registered NDIS Provider.
Our leadership team have more than 20 years' experience managing teams supporting people who have complex support needs in both the UK and Australia. Our experienced team currently offers;

In addition, many of our team are experienced in managing all aspects of staff large teams delivering National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) behaviour support, and 24/7 specialist NDIS support services.
Our service includes comprehensive consulting to help identify gaps and opportunities. Where relevant, we include visible plans with timelines and milestones, and a schedule of supports within a service agreement. We also offer a suite of quality supports that will help you and your team achieve outcomes smoothly. That’s how we ensure collective success.
Our exploration process is intended to create a personalised plan to empower your team and equip them with the tools, knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
Spectrum Collective is a 'for purpose' business which employs disabled people and family carers. Lived experience of disability is important to us.
